"A Little Off the Rails" in Downtown Edmond
If these walls could talk, they’d tell you about clinking bottles, butter churns, and the steady rhythm of horse hooves headed out on ice delivery routes. Long before live music and cocktails filled the air, this corner of 2nd Street was home to the Edmond Ice Company, built in 1909.
Today, those same brick walls and sturdy foundations are alive again. The creamery, bottling works, and icehouse building now welcome guests for thoughtfully crafted food, cocktails, and live music, while The Stables serves a new purpose as a gathering space for celebrations and special events. Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Zach Hutton, a James Beard Award finalist (Best Chef Southwest) and Food Network Chopped Champion, whose menus celebrate Oklahoma ingredients with creative, approachable dishes designed to be shared around the table.
This space has always been about bringing Edmond together, and we're honored to carry that tradition on ... one great meal, one great show, and one memorable evening at a time.
